WHY GUEST EXPERIENCE MATTERS.

At Riah we have found that one of the most crucial parts of having any type of successful event is the GUEST EXPERIENCE.

Here are some tips to make your next event wow your guests and having them itching to come back.

  1. Music- For most events music is either the the life and blood of your party or destroyer. Having an appropriate music playlist, capable sound system or DJ catered to your demographic of guests is essential.

  2. Entertainment- For only so long will your guests keep up the small talk, after a while they will look for sources of entertainment. As a host it is your duty to provide this. For a small get together of at age adults, small drinking games can always help keep the party going.

    Combined with good music and some delicious snacks your guests will be entertained for hours.

    For bigger events such as a wedding or a baby shower it may not be appropriate to play an explicit game of would you rather. Instead entertainment that will excite guests of all ages will be your best option. Hiring a troupe of fire dancers a DJ and a photo booth may be the best option. Although adding a mobile bar and bartender is always a nice addition for the adults present.

  3. Energy- It is important to keep the energy high at events. If the energy is high the vibe is right and your guests will feel it. In order to do this don’t take things to seriously, enjoy the people around you and go with the flow. Allow your guests to explore the entertainment and amenities you have provided for them and relax. Greet all your guests personally, allow them to get comfortable.
